Work for us

Do you enjoy working with children and living a healthy way of life? We are an organization which works to fill gaps in fitness and athletic opportunities for young girls in Philadelphia.

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic and caring fitness instructors who enjoy working with young people! We are seeking instructors of all specialties (yoga, dance, kickboxing, zumba, martial arts, bootcamp, etc.) to run sessions in our after school programs.

As a PGiM Instructor, you’ll be in charge of leading classes for girls between 8 and 13 years of age, and helping them develop valuable skills through age-appropriate activities and workshops.
